Tips On How To Measure Yourself
Made To Measure Sizing Guide
A - Chest. To measure the chest use a flexible tape under one arm pit and wrap round to the other. The tape should be held below the arm pit at the lowest point where the shirt body meets the sleeve.
B – Waist. Measure around the smallest part of your torso keeping your tape measure comfortable loose. (Should be somewhere below the rib cage and above the belly button).
C – Hips. Stand with heels together, measure around the fullest part of the hips whilst keeping the tape level.
D - Inside Leg. Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart, measure from top of inside leg at crotch to your ankle bone.
E – Outside Leg. Stand up straight and measure from the top of the waist band, where you would normally wear your trousers, measure down to your desired length. Do not look down or bend down as this may affect the measurement.
F – Across Back. With arms straight down at your side measure horizontally across the back from one tip of the shoulder to the other.
G – Neck to Waist Back. From the back measure from the base of the neck to waist.
H – Waist to Waist (through crotch). Stand up straight, place one end of the tape on your back at the top of the waist and measure down and around to the waist at the front. Keep tape loose for comfort.
J – Outside Arm. Stand up straight, bend arm slightly and measure from the top of your shoulder on the top of your arm, over the elbow and down to the wrist.
L - Inside Arm. Place the end of the measuring tape high in the arm pit and measure down to the wrist bone.
M – Shirt Collar Size. Measure around the fullest part of your neck.
N - Back Of Neck to Crotch. At back measure vertically from nape of neck down to crotch, halfway between legs, bending slightly forwards.
P – Height (From head to toe). Measure from the top of your head down to the ground.
